Randall S. Barnum, J.D., Attorney at Law is licensed to practice law in Idaho and is admitted to practice before the Courts of Idaho, the US District Court for the District of Idaho, and the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Barnum earned his A.B. in political science from the University of California, Berkeley, and earned his J.D. at Willamette University College of Law. Mr. Barnum is a member of Idaho’s Criminal Justice Act panel, providing federal criminal defense to indigent persons.
